Holiday Inn - Bloomington W Msp Airport Area, An Ihg Hotel, Bloomington

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the room was surprisingly quiet despite facing the freeway, providing a peaceful environment. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired with dust in the corners, a dirty carpet, and even a piece of chewed gum my granddaughter discovered. The location was convenient for our planned activities in Minneapolis and St Paul, but being next to restaurant exhaust fans was a downside.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were nicely furnished, though the refrigerator didn't cool our room as much as we would have liked, and the bed should have been a king but was a queen. The service was a bit slow at check-in, but once assisted by Friendly Nicole, it improved, and we even got our shuttle called to the hotel which was a nice touch. The location was convenient for our activities in Minneapolis and St Paul, despite a slight smoke smell in the air. The dining experience was average, with a good variety but some dishes not up to par. Overall, the hotel provides a clean and comfortable stay, with friendly staff, and good value for the money.
